REFUND POLICY

At Kleschen Designs, each product is thoughtfully made in our studio to bring you a unique, high-quality experience. Due to the nature of our small-batch production, we do not offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will promptly review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@kleschendesigns.com.
